Rachel Vick, MS, CCC-SLP is the owner and lead clinician of Talk Back Speech Therapy. With over a decade of hospital-based experience in adult rehabilitation and five years of private practice experience, Rachel specializes in treating individuals with Parkinson’s disease and a range of neurological conditions, including stroke, post-COVID-19 syndrome, traumatic and acquired brain injuries, post-concussive disorders, and swallowing difficulties.
Her approach is rooted in evidence-based care, with a strong emphasis on functional, personalized treatment that supports each client’s rehab goals. By providing therapy in the comfort of your home and operating outside of the constraints of insurance, Talk Back Speech Therapy is able to prioritize high-quality, individualized care without unnecessary barriers.
What We do
Talk Back Speech Therapy provides one-on-one, in-home speech therapy services for adults in Marin County & select areas of San Francisco. Telehealth services are available to those outside the Marin/SF area. Services begin with a comprehensive evaluation, followed by a customized plan of care tailored to your specific goals and needs.
When appropriate, a combination of in-person and telehealth sessions is offered to provide flexible, consistent care.
