Out of Network Reimbursement
At this time, we are not in-network with any major insurance carriers, and any reimbursement provided by your carrier will be considered out of network. Upon request we can provide you with a medical superbill. You will be responsible for any out of network reimbursement you are seeking for services provided. We cannot guarantee any form of reimbursement from your insurance company and your insurance carrier may not reimburse the full amount for services provided. In order to obtain reimbursement for services from your insurance carrier, you must have a prescription with a medical diagnosis for speech-language pathology services from a physician.
Pricing
We are happy to provide you with the pricing and insurance codes (CPT codes) that will be used for your initial evaluation and follow up treatment sessions, to help you determine if services will be covered by your insurance providers and how their reimbursement rates will compare to our fees. Contact us to obtain the specific codes to help determine what speech-language costs will be reimbursed by your insurance plan.
