Payment Methods

We accept cash, check, and credit card payments. Payment is due at the time of service. Our straightforward fee structure ensures there are no surprises.

Out of Network Reimbursement

We are currently out-of-network with all major insurance carriers. If you wish to pursue reimbursement, we can provide a medical superbill. Please note:

• You are responsible for submitting claims and any out-of-network reimbursement.

• We cannot guarantee coverage or the amount your insurance provider may reimburse.

• A physician’s prescription with a medical diagnosis for speech-language pathology services is required for insurance reimbursement.

Insurance Codes

We can provide detailed CPT codes for your evaluation and follow-up sessions, helping you determine potential coverage and compare reimbursement rates to our fees.

Pricing

• Initial Evaluation: $600
  (Includes standardized assessment, a detailed report, and a 15-minute follow-up phone call)

• In-Person Treatment Session: $250–$275

• Telehealth Session: $200

• Travel Fees: Additional travel fees may apply for clients located more than a 30-minute drive from our home office.
